This bijou four-bedroom modern townhouse, built in the neo-Georgian style, was lacking character and the challenge was to make the rooms visually engaging, welcoming and practical. The style chosen was contemporary, to reflect the personalities of the young clients. By creating a neutral backdrop and specifying Italian furniture, with simple lines, an emphasis could be given to the numerous paintings and sculptures which were used to add colour and texture.

The project called for full refurbishment: new electrical and lighting plans with installation of intelligent controls; re-design of the bedrooms; new joinery throughout; re-design of kitchen and pantry, cloakrooms and bathrooms and a landscape design for the garden.
